3 out of 43 is not a good percentage.

3 out of 43 is 6.9%. It could be worse.

I purchased a 43 card lot on ebay recently and of the 43 Paul Goldschmidt cards I only needed 3 of them.

These put my at 14 new Goldschmidt cards for 2017 and a total of 231 different Goldschmidt cards.

Here they are.

Did everyone get two different 2016 Bowman Chrome cards?

  1. That is a bummer you only got 3 new ones. Did the guy not give a detailed checklist?

    1. I knew exactly what I was getting. I got the lot shipped for $5.62, so they were only 13 cents each and I just couldn't say know. I gave doubles to my three boys, so it worked out well.

  2. 2016 bowman chrome is weird. there's the normal 2016 bowman chrome base set, and then there's the chrome version of the 2016 bowman set, which was only inserted in 2016 bowman chrome vending boxes, 2 formats, 2 base sets to collect.....completely normal, right?

  3. Guess that's weird but good for player collectors.

    1. Yeah, I thought it was strange, but I'll take them.

  4. It's hard to buy player lots once you hit a number of cards. I found that out twice the hard way with my Hampton PC

    1. I totally agree with Sport Card Collectors. I stopped buying Tony Gwynn, Greg Maddux, and Frank Thomas lots, because I'd be lucky to get two or three new cards in a 100ct. lot.
