I was born and raised in Arizona so cacti (the plural of cactus) is very familiar to me, but it's not all that often that I see it on cardboard. With the Cactus League here in Arizona though, you do see cacti on cardboard every once in a while.
I'll have to add more cards to this post as I come across more cards with cactus.
How about you? Is there anything unique to your state that occasionally ends up on a baseball card?
I'm thinking the number of photos taken in North Dakota that ended up on baseball cards is quite low, but I do know of at least one card of a guy in a cornfield. I think it's Dustin Hermanson's Score rookie card from the mid 90s if memory serves.
ReplyDeleteI always enjoy seeing the Golden Gate Bridge in the background of cards.
ReplyDeleteEarly Rockies cards had a lot of mountains. See 1993 Upper Deck team card, 1993 Leaf backs, 1998 Metal Universe
