Prize Package from Play at the Plate: 2 packs of 2014 Topps

I got a prize package in from Brian over at the blog Play at the Plate about a week ago. Brian holds monthly contests and was my inspiration for my 2014 Hobby Related goal of holding a monthly contest. If by some small chance you aren't already following Play at the Plate, you need to. In addition to being super generous with his contests, Brian is a great trade partner, and an all around good guy!

The prize was 2 packs of 2014 Topps. He also included a couple of Blue D-Backs parallels for me. Thanks Brian!

Pack #1 contained a sweet Griffey insert that is an awesome addition to my Griffey collection! Brian, if you would like the Profar, just let me know.


Pack #2 had a gold and red foil parallel as well as the two blue Wal-Mart parallels, so lots of color in that pack. 


And like I said, Brian included 2 blue Wal-Mart parallels of Trevor Cahill and Tyler Skaggs. Thanks Brian!

    Sorry you didn't pull any D'backs yourself. I have a couple of those Profars already from a case break I was in...thanks!

    If you are interested in moving that Nicasio, I'd like to own it. I don't have any DBacks parallels from this year's set yet, but I do have a Wal Mart blue Trevor Cahill from 2013 Topps if you want to do a quick swap.

    Not a bad couple packs. I really like the photo Topps used on the Beltre.
