My First 2015 Topps Cards

I bought a blaster box of 2015 Topps today at Target. The first thing I saw when I opened my first pack was this:

So I flipped the pack over and this is what I saw.

Not sure which I should consider as my first 2015 Topps card, but either way it's a member of an NL West rival of the Diamondbacks.

The pack contained two inserts.

This 1st Home Run card looks better in person.

Next up is a First Pitch card featuring Macklemore. He is a huge Mariners fan and his song My oh My is a must for any baseball fan. As a huge Griffey fan myself I remember watching that game.

  1. I always consider my first card to be the one that I see the front of first.

  2. Oh man, so cool! I have to get the Macklemore card, I saw him live a few years ago at Madison Square Garden and the guy next to me complimented me after I rattled off every word of one of the My Oh My verses hahaha!

  3. Readable player names and card numbers. I'm impressed.

I'd say Charlie Blackmon was your first card of the year, but by tomorrow it won't really matter, will it? I couldn't tell you who my first card of 2014 was, since I didn't buy any packs until Update came out.

  4. I'm also on the side of the card front being your first card.
