I picked up this 2005 Prime Patches Steve Finley Major League Materials Authentic Game-Worn Jersey Laundry Tag card off eBay recently. It's numbered 01/10. I got it for $15.50 shipped.
Prime Patches is a total dreamboat of a relic set. I have about 5 coming in the mail this week, and one of my favourites ever is from this set - a Pudge Jersey/Patch/Glove/Chest Protector.
