Last month I posted about my quest for 762 Barry Bonds cards. I also posted on Twitter and was able to work out a trade that netted me 37 new Barry Bonds cards. I traded a few vintage Hank Aaron cards for the lot. So I traded one Home Run Kings cards for another. I'm pretty sure Scott, that I tried with, used to have a blog. He mentioned that we had traded in the past, probably about 8-10 years ago.

The more I read this project... the more I think I should give it a shot myself. Bonds is a legend here in the Bay Area and every now and then, I'd stumble across guys dumping their collections. Well that was before the pandemic when I was still walking around flea markets. The way the hobby is now... I'm sure when I get back out there, the competition will be stiffer than ever.
