Jose Canseco took the mound for the Texas Rangers in the 8th inning of a blowout loss to the Boston Red Sox on May 29, 1993. He threw 33 pitches giving up three runs on three walks and two hits, leaving him with a 27.00 ERA and requiring him to have Tommy John surgery a couple months later.
