9 minutes and 30 seconds

9 minutes and 30 seconds is how long it took Frank Pastore to devour The Big Texan 72 oz. steak dinner challenge back in 1987. If you finish the meal in an hour, it's free. Frank downed the 72 oz. steak, a baked potato, shrimp cocktail, salad, and dinner roll in 9 minutes and 30 seconds.

Not only did Frank get his meal for free, but her set the record for the fastest time. He held the record for 21 years until it was broken by competitive eater Joey Chestnut in 2008. Molly Schuyler holds the record now with a time of 4 minutes and 18 seconds which is almost unimaginable.

You can watch Adam Richman take on the massive meal on an episode of Man Vs. Food.
