ebay Pick-Up: 2005 Prime Patches Steve Finley 1/1

Between my blog, Twitter, and YouTube sometimes I forget where I've posted certain things. I was super excited when my best offer was accepted for this card and when it arrived a couple weeks ago. I know I posted about it on Twitter, but I think I forgot to show it off here on my blog.

It's another card for my 2005 Prime Patches Major League Materials Steve Finley collection. This one happens to be a 1/1. Which I find a little because it's just patches. I have ones that have a button and another with part of a laundry tag and neither are a 1/1.

Regardless, I'm still excited to add this to my collection!

eBay Pick-Up: 2005 Prime Patches Steve Finley

I picked up a new card for my 2005 Prime Patches Steve Finley collection recently.

For just under $10 bucks shipped I picked up this card. It's a jersey and number patch along with the autograph.

It's numbered on the back 01/25.

I can't show off an new addition without showing off the rest of my 2005 Prime Patches Steve Finley cards.

 

D-Backs Alumni Night: Autographs (Part #1)

My oldest son and I went to the D-Backs game last night. It was Alumni Night and so we spent an hour before the game and the first 5 innings trying to get autographs. We were able to get several autographs; mostly on cards, but we got two other items signed.

First up is the D-Backs Insider magazine. I got 3 out of the 4 players on the cover and the one I didn't get was Luis Gonzalez. He shouldn't be hard to get. I got him on some cards last night, but it was before I got the magazine.

The other item is one of the jumbo tickets from the 2001 World Series. We got Mike Morgan, Reggie Sanders, Luis Gonzalez, Steve Finley, and David Dellucci.

ebay Pick-Up: 2002 Steve Finley Bobblehead

I picked up this 2002 Steve Finley bobblehead off ebay recently for $10 shipped. It is my 42nd different D-Backs bobblehead. There are 59 all together, so that means I'm at 71%. You can see my progress here.

Trade with Thoughts and Sox

On May 17th I met up briefly with Adam, from the blog Thoughts and Sox, at a Diamondbacks game. I had a card for him and he had some D-Backs cards for me.

Curt Schilling only played for the Diamondbacks for 2.5 seasons but he sure has a lot of D-Backs cards. I guess it's just because of the sheer number of products in the early 2000's.

Adam was able to add a few new Brandon Webb cards to my collection and I'm always happy to add an extra Webb RC to my collection. 

Here are a few other cards from Adam.
