Box Break: 2012 Topps Archives

I recently won a box of 2012 Topps Archives from Topps through a contest on Facebook. The box arrived today. You can watch the video or just check out the hits, or should I say hit. The Von Hayes card is missing the autograph. The box was free, but it still stinks that there was only one autograph. Any thoughts on what I should do?

  1. Call them and request a replacement for the hit. They have you send a picture of the barcode via e-mail, very easy process.

  3. Not easy to complain about something you got for free, but I'm almost sure they'd understand if you provide the evidence.

By the way, that Charboneau autograph is equal to getting 3 autos in the box! Nice card!

  4. Call them... and email them with a link to this post.

I totally see what night owl is saying about the "free box" thing. But at the same time, I can't see Topps not wanting to take care of you. Best of luck!

  5. Bummer about the autos! There is no way that they will want their product to seem incomplete so I bet they will be quick to fix it. I don't think your wrong for asking, even if the product is free. Those deckle cards are pretty cool.

Seriously, like everyone else says, contact Topps. They understand that mistakes happen.
