Reggie Jackson

Today is Mr. October's birthday. Someday I'll own a 1969 Topps Reggie Jackson rookie card. It will go in a magnetic card holder. The rest of his base Topps cards will fill these first two pages.

Next up are the rest of the Reggie Jackson cards I own. Every time I fill up another page I'll add it to this post.

  1. I will check but I believe I have 82 and 86 Topps cards of Reggie. I am trying to collect the Score five card career highlight set of Reggie. Any chance you may have extras of those to trade? I will also check to see what other Reggie cards I have.

    1. I actually do have an entire extra set. Let me know which ones you need or if you just want all 5.

    2. I would be interested in the entire set, if you do not mind.

  2. Just an FYI, in 1983 he had a different base card. That's his All Star card. Beginning in '82 they made a separate card for all-stars instead of designating it on the base card like the previous years. Also, in 1970 Reggie has an AS card separate from his regular base card and I think in '72 Reggie has an In-Action card.

I have a vintage PC of him as well.

  3. My dream is to one day own his rookie card too. Heck... I'd even be willing to settle for the 1969 Topps decal. By the way... if you enjoy well cropped action shots, you should look into acquiring his 1978 and 1980 Topps regular base cards. They're both pretty affordable and are two of my personal favorites.
