Today is Edgar Martinez’s birthday, so I thought it would be a great time to share this Tier 1 autographed of the Hall of Famer. I picked this up on eBay several years prior to his getting the call to the Hall. These Tier 1 autographs are beautiful.

Edgar was one of my favorite under-the-radar-superstars back in the day. He wasn't going to steal a base, but otherwise he would fill up the stat sheet.
ReplyDeleteSolid card design which really allows Edgar to show off his beautiful signature. I've always been a guy who appreciates batting averages over home runs... but dang... this guy did both.
