Dime Box Deals $1 at a Time (#2)

Let's take a look at another 10 dime box cards that I picked up recently at my local card sharp.

I love finding Stadium Club cards in dime boxes for lots of different reasons. The cards are beautiful for one and at a dime apiece these are far cheaper than buying it by the pack.

There are great shots of some of the games greatest players...

...as well as some of today's superstars.

Clint Frazier is no longer with Cleveland, but he was drafted by the Indians and my boys and I saw him in one of his first games as a professional in the Arizona Fall League several years back and were able to get him to sign a ball, so when I saw this mini Bowman Chrome Future of the Franchise card of Frazier, I picked it up.

I tend to pick up cards of Nolan Ryan whenever I see them in the dime box and I don't think I already have it.

Sometimes I gravitate towards a certain card because of a fellow blogger. Such was the case with this Luis Torrens Bowman Chrome refractor.

Every once in a while I'll come across high end cards in a dime box and so I tend to pick up those cards because I'm not going to be able to pick up any packs or boxes of Museum Collection anytime soon.

Mattingly was my first favorite player as a kid. As such I have a small collection that I like to add to whenever I can find a card I know I don't already have.

  1. I don't think I would pass up ANY Museum Collection cards that show up in a dime box, no matter the player.

    1. I do only because I don't have a spot to put them.

  5. I'd buy any refractor for a dime. Wish I had card shops like this one in my area.
